a. Box feeder is used for uniform quantitative feeding, by adjusting the fixed discharge end, to control the feed amount of raw materials, and can mix raw materials and internal combustion materials proportionally.

The feeding structure of the equipment is composed of motor, reducer, active roller, passive roller, conveyor belt, etc. The power is driven by the output shaft of the reducer to drive the active roller to run. The structure is compact, high efficiency and energy saving, the mechanical operation is convenient, safe and reliable, and the operation is stable.
 
c. The conveying part is powered by the motor, which drives the reducer to reduce speed and increase torque. The reducer drives the active roller to rotate and drives the conveyor belt to run. The toggle part is driven by a reduction motor, the toggle shaft rotates, and the material bar will evenly discharge the mud.

 
1. What type of raw material will be fed?
Answer: dry clay, wet sticky clay, shale, marl, or recycled scraps).
Moisture content is critical—sticky materials require different belt and hopper designs.

 Anwer: 200mm, 300mm clay or particles can be feed.
 This determines the belt width and skirt board height.

   Answer: In clay feeding, it is 1 cubic meter=1.3 tons

   Answer: 150 tons/h at the maximum and special capacity can be custom building.

    Answer:  Hopper capacity can be 10 m³ or 20 m³  or according to requirement.
