The vacuum extruder of description:
1. Soft Plastic Forming (Moisture Content > 19%):
Extrusion pressure ranges from 2.0 to 2.5 MPa; this method is primarily used for clay or materials with high moisture content.
2. Semi-Hard Plastic Forming (Moisture Content 16%–19%): extrusion pressure can be reached to 3.0 MPa, medium hardness clays.
3. Hard Plastic Forming (Moisture Content < 13%–16%): Pressures can reach up to 4.0 MPa, high-strength extrusion for low-moisture products such as bricks, tiles, and ceramics. for the high extrusion it is using for one-time setting, which is primarily utilized for shale and coal gangue.
The required vacuum level is easily attainable; however, if the vacuum becomes excessively strong, it may be necessary to partially release the vacuum, as materials with excellent plasticity can sometimes exhibit stickiness.
