Bricks Blocks Drying and Firing System

The drying and firing process adopts a two-stage setting and firing system integrated with tunnel dryer technology. The drying chamber is a tunnel dryer with dimensions of 83.65m × 22.625m. Heat for the dryer is recovered from high-temperature waste heat of fired bricks and residual heat from the tunnel kiln. An air-handling system is used to regulate the inlet air temperature and airflow volume, ensuring stable and reliable drying quality of green bricks.
The tunnel kiln features a large cross-section with an internal clear width of 6.6m and is designed with a flat ceiling structure. It is suitable for firing products with a heat value of 1200 kJ/kg.
 
The tunnel kiln is equipped with a complete system configuration, including a flue gas exhaust system, kiln car heat dissipation system, kiln car cooling system, gas combustion system, waste heat recovery system, rapid cooling system, and back-pressure (pressure balancing) system.
 
This kiln is characterized by large cross-section, high production capacity, small cross-sectional temperature difference, and excellent thermal insulation performance. In addition, the automatic kiln control system maintains stable thermal parameters throughout the firing process, effectively ensuring consistent and high-quality brick firing.
